Our Inspectors

Don Fradette Lead Inspector. Don is an AHIT Certified Inspector and an InterNACHI Certified Inspector.  Don has 15+ years in ownership, management, service, and sales roles.  The skills he has acquired in these positions make him a great communicator during inspections.  Don has the ability to put himself in the client's shoes, delivering a professional and easy to understand report. 

Matt Mozurkewich:  Matt is an AHIT Certified Inspector with over 10 years of business ownership in the real estate industry, and is an InterNACHI Certified Inspector.  Matt also has a Certified Residential Appraiser license.  Matt enjoys the service side of the home inspection profession and real estate industry, which translates to giving clients pertinent information they need regarding their home.
